If your subscription ends and is not renewed, Motqan keeps your saved translations, Deliverables, and translation history for one (1) month (30 days) after your last active subscription day. After that 30-day period, we may delete this stored content unless a longer period is required by law or agreed with you in writing.
Data for users on Pay As You Go plan get deleted after (2) months (30 days) from user last activity date.
Before deletion, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you at your registered email so that you can renew your subscription or export your data. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to any records we are legally required to keep, such as billing and tax records.
7. Policy for children
The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
